bad xp setup p.w. on cf-29 panasonic L/T

I have a panasonic cf-29 notebook that Im setting up for my department. I have put in an admin pw that blocks me out. I need to change this password and do not think I can. these laptops came only with floppys no CDrom. I need to wipe the drive of which I can do with wipe diskettes, like we do on revamping older PC’s to update to xp from 2000. My quetion is how do I get XP Pro to upload off our XP OS we use for our normal pc’s. Can I use an external Cdplayer with USB to do so or not, this is first for me and I would like to fix this myself, If I can just get the needed assistance, and know I can fix it with the new XP pro we use.
