I want to give Internet access Bandwidth to 10 Peoples and want to give monitoring to them like MRTG or else but I have only 7 Interface vacant on my router including Serial interface and fastethernet interface. I have cisco 2900 XL switch, Cisco 3600 Series Router. Is it possible that I can cap the bandwidth on switch or using cheapest equipment so that I can configure MRTG on that interface.
Is there any possibilty that I can manage my network with less expense. I don’t want to install router or windows 2000 server with SNMP enabled on it as I want to give bandwidth on CAT 5 Cable through fast ethernet interface.
Is it possible that I can use one Ethernet interface and with subnetting or else I can give connectivity to all peoples through Cisco switch and configure any monitoring tool on it and cap the bandwidth.
