Bandwidth Shaping

I’m currently working on at an ISP, we’re required to bandwidth shape per switchport. For example, if I have a 12 Meg link coming into my switch and would like to assign port 2 on that switch to 6 megs dedicated without interruptions, how would I go about doing this.
