Bank of VM Ware PC Images accessible via RDP through a single IP?

ok – I need to have a bank of PCs which are used remotely using RDP
I need the users to all connect to a single IP address and be given the next available PC
Is this an option in VMWare does anyone know?
I am proposing building a bank of virtual PC images
I can’t use a Terminal Server as the application the users require cannot run in terminal services sadly!
