Batch copy of SAM/Security possible?

I need to reproduce my user and group accounts on new Windows NT 4.0 server hardware for our workgroup. Is there a trick to copying/restoring the information to the new server? I hope someone has the answer, but I have a bad feeling that I’ll be doing alot of data entry. Thanks.
