Batch file to SSH files

I’ve been trying to figure out how to do this for days with Putty, and i’ve gotten nowhere. I have a folder, which has many subfolders.
What I want to happen is to have a batch (that i can run as a scheduled task) when ran, to find any xml files created in the last day, then SSH them to a server. Any ideas how to do this?
