bcm (Business Contact Mgr) In mixed env. domain & workgroup

Trying to configure bcm. Main user’s computer is not on domain but he has a domain account 2003sbs & msoffice 2007.
I created db on 2003 server. exported from non-domain user his db. used a user who is on domain to import into server db. Domain user can use db. Non-domain user can’t.
Is there a way, short of adding user to domain. There will be a couple other domain users.
