BE project-software project management

Respected sir,

I am studing in BE-COMPUER(sem 8).
My project name is “SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT” which I have to be completed at end of march.Languge is VB.NET & backend is SQL server.
Please help me by giving code regarless of difference about concept as early as possible.
