Beagle virus

..after running Beagle Virus Removel tool from Symantec, did not find any infection but after this now I am getting two identical open Note-Pad pages with this message “[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787” I have checked start up, rgistry and everywhere I could, I cant find ouut why this popsup after boot? I am not encountering any problems, simply I close them.
ANY Suggestions?
