Benchmarking IT Vendor Pricing (Charge rates)

Hi, may i know is there such a benchmark report that details the charge rates (rate card) of IT vendors such as Oracle, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Wipro and the likes? I’m looking at how much each firm charge for their IT resources to clients such as programmers, project managers, consultants etc…Been searching on internet but couldn’t find any…thanks!
