I’m currently using Salesforce CRM and running into its email sending limits, especially for bulk outreach and campaigns. Because of this, I’ve been exploring third-party tools that integrate well with Salesforce and can handle higher email volumes more efficiently.
So far, I’ve looked into options like MassMailer, Brevo, and Mailchimp.
My key requirements are:
• Budget-friendly (since I’ll be scaling gradually)
• Strong deliverability (landing in inbox, not spam)
• Easy integration with Salesforce (preferably minimal setup)
• Good API support or automation capabilities
I’ll be managing this largely on my own, so ease of use and reliability are important.
