Best configuration of DNS in Server 2008?

We have a problem with 3 servers, they are totally unrelated to each other (different companies and locations), where nobody can access *.uk websites. Restarting the DNS services fixes this problem. It happens about once every 3 days to once a week, at different times of the day?
