Best IDE in JavaScript

I have been learning JS for a few days and I don’t know whether to install a ready-made compiler/environment or if I can solve all the tasks on an empty HTML page, will someone advise on how to start an adventure with JS?

Can you guys suggest a JavaScript IDE?
