Best IT training

I recently secured some funding for training/certifications MCSE, Network+ etc.
I have looked at some online training courses but
I’m having a hard time evaluating through all the hype. Is self study or online training better?
I have about $4500 to spend. I have no certification as of now. I have some experience
and with self study in networking, A+ etc.
Where is the best place to put my resources
