Best over all gateway security appliance

Looking to replace a Win Proxy gateway which is handling email/web anti virus (kaspersky), Anti spam (sophos), web based spyware, inline web proxy, and web content enforcement.

Looking for the above features, plus better logging, alerting (emails), and VPN support (to support under 15 employees)

I’ve been leaning towards:

WatchGuard Firebox X55e
or FortiGate 60B

Anyone have any othe recommendations, or insight into the above devices (good or bad?)
