Best places to buy a server?

Hello all,
I am looking to buy a start-up server with decent config for our small-business. The two companies I had in mind are IBM and HP. I am not leaning towards DELL because of their bad customer service. I am a n00b in these, so customer service is a necessary thing. So bottom line is, which server to buy and best places (sites) to buy them.. Thanks a lot guys.
