Best practice for "Read Policy" in RAID configuration?

I am setting up a new server. I have two, 300 GB drives that I am going to put in a RAID-1 configuration (OS) and four, 2 TB drives that I am going to put in a RAID-10 configuration (Data and LOB applications). I was wondering what I should set the “Read Policy” too?
