Best site/videos to learn Powershell for beginners

Hi all,

I am an Apprentice IT Technicain for a college and I am looking to Learn Powershell scrpting to help with my job. I have done some coding previous in HTML and CSS but this was years ago so probably need to go on a beginners course. Does anyone know some good sites or youtube videos which can help me learn Powershell. Preferably videos or an interactive course as I am VI and will struggle to learn just reading articles or books.
