Best versus worst Linux distro – Linux that supports deb, rpm and tgz

I have been trying to get hold of a Linux Distribution that can take advantage of any package type, Supposedly PALDO is something like that – but it does not look like a server capable Distro – Sabayon looks very good but I still have to check if it supports something like alien or similar so I can work with what ever fits the need or desire
