BIOS ERROR

Iam working as system administrator in a IT concern at our software develop department they are using ASP.NET and while debugging there is error “The network BIOS command limit has been reached” error message in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, and in Windows 2000 Server

i changed the reg keys and the problem is not solved
