BIOS upgrade

Hi,

I have a Toshiba Infinia 7260 and I wanted to upgrade the BIOS, I was wondering how to go about doing so and if there is a big chance that it might not work? or problems that I would encounter while upgrading? my motherboard is an Intel PD440FX, BIOS version 1.00.02.DT08, could you help please…Thanks
