Bitwarden auto-fill on Samsung S6

Good morning. I have a user that owns a Samsung SM-G920V version 7.0. She says it’s a S6. We have Bitwarden installed on the phone and have enabled the autofill accessibility service. I have also ensured her battery optimization is off (heard it can have an effect). When she opens Chrome on the phone and reaches a login page, the Bitwarden icon does pop up in the notification bar. When she clicks on it, it takes her to Bitwarden and offers the saved login name. When she clicks on that it returns her to the login page but does not autofill. Everything is working properly until that point. Any ideas?
