Bizhub 350 as a Fax Server

I have a Bizhub 350 connected to my network. I have a hostname defined in the TCP/IP settings on the Bizhub and can successfully ping the hostname. When I try to connect to that hostname with Windows Scan and Fax to set it up as a fax modem for my network it won’t connect.

If I go to the ‘Run’ option on the start menu and type in the hostname a window opens that displays a network connected printer icon but if I try to right click and see the properties of the printer it tells me that the hostname doesn’t allow remote connections.

Does anyone know is there a setting on the printer that I need to configure that will allow this functionality or is it something beyond the printer’s capabilities?
