Blackberry generated tasks in Outlook Today

Just came up with one of our users – When he adds a task from his Blackberry, it shows in Tasks just fine. However when he tried to view Outlook today, it won’t show up until it is past due. (He is only showing today’s tasks in the Outlook today screen). I have tested with others and can’t recreate it. We have a BES server, could it be anything with his time zone settings there? Settings on the device look ok. Any help appreciated –
