Blackberry Syncing with Outlook Calendar

I have tried every avenue of solving this problem with my service provider and BB, but nothing has helped. Upon the sync the process stops at a particular record number and then fails. I believe the problem is in Outlook with a particular file, but I don’t know how to find it or or remedy the issue. Can you help me?
