Blackberry Tasks and Outlook Today

It seems that tasks created on the BB, don’t post on the Outlook Today screen and the date they are due. They are in the task list, just not on the Outlook Today task list. The only difference that I can find between BB created tasks and Outlook created tasks are the “Organizer,” “Recipients Allowed” and “Team Task” fields are populated when created in Outlook. I tried to populate these fields, but cannot figure out how.

Please help!
