Blackberry unable to sync with Outlook

I have a Blackberry that was syncing with my Outlook. Then yesterday it generated a PIN, I moved my mouse around as it asked. But once it was done I was unable to sync. The Blackberry Desktop manager stays in working mode and my Blackberry is in Connected to Desktop mode. need help.
