Blank Groupwise Address Book

I recently installed the latest Microsoft Windows and Office 2000 patches on a user computer running the latest Novell client. After this installation of patches there was no address book in Groupwise 5.5. The address book tabs are blank and the open and close address book under the file options are not available. I followed all the Novell knowledgebase articles on this problem which consisted of uninstalling and reinstalling the Windows NT messaging, Groupwise client and Outlook. I even used the Groupwise Cleaning Agent but still a blank address book. I would appreciate any other suggestions.
