Blank Screen

I have an XP SP2 PC that has started blanking the screen after about 20 minutes of operation.
It will not turn on by pressing any key, or moving or clicking the mouse.
The only way to restore it is to turn the PC off, then on again, at which point, it will repeat the same problem about 20 minutes later.
Anyone have a solution to this?
