Block Adult content

I have a Linksys Wireless G Router and a “Embarq modem” not sure of the model. I have them both configured to allow portforwarding for my games and some other firewall settings. is there an area on these devices that you can set up to block adult content or other sites? I do remeber seeing an area that you cna block by a key word on the router.
