Blocking Ports

My question(s) is very simple I need to know all ports and if they are TCP or UDP. For the software that shares files and/or downloads files such as Napster, Imesh, Bearshare, etc. Please email me at wroming@ci.killeen.tx.us with the answer to the question. Also if you need to ask me a follow up question. FYI- I know of the following ports 6699,8875,8888 and I am sure that there are plenty more. So if you could send me an email letting me know the port and wether or not it is TCP or UDP it would be most appriciated. Thank you and have a great day.
