blue screen

I have a PC running Win2K Pro(SP2) on a LAN. Lately when i shut down the PC, or do a restart, a blue screen appears with the following ;

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
address a001351b based at A000000
date stamp 3aa010b4 win32k.sys

It will then ask me to check for space on my drive, update the bios, disable memory options ie caching and shadowing.
I have updated the bios and there is no progress.
Which way forward.
The PC is a Compaq ENS P800 small form factor.
