Hi,
Are you familiar with these installation errors:
1. *** STOP: 0X0000001A (0X00041284, 0X02E4B000, 0X000006C4)
2. The file <[System_file.any]) was not copied correctly The file setup placed on your hard drive is not a valid WINDOWS 2000 image. If you are installing from a CD, there may be a problem with Windows 2000 CD. 3. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (dumping memory) 4. System Root\System32\Drivers\Ipsec.sys device driver could not be located. I spend 2 days with less slept not stoping what is wrong with my system. The story goes like this: I got two clone computers (Identical configuration) P4 1.4Mhz, 384Mb RAM, 30Gb HD seagate, Motherboard with VIA chipset, Onboard audio, lan card, Vga card on an agp slot, 1 CDRom drive(24x) (internal) and 1 CD-CDR (8x/4x) internal drive. Clone because small business, but original Windows 2000 server and professional edition were applied. May be you have some idea on how to resolve the errors that was stated above. Need to have a good sleep. I am frustrated not locating where or on which part of the system triggers the reset of the PC. After the stated errors prompted on the screen, then few seconds machines restarts itself. If you have experienced this before, could you kindly share it with me. Checking that i made: 1. Check HD I deleted the partition of HD's and changed to FAT and format it. Ran Scandisk(DOS-thoroughly). I looked at its sectors (Graphical presentation for scandisk) and found no bad sectors on it. Then I concluded that there is no problem with my harddisks. 2. Check cables Changed IDE cables and still erorrs in blue screen displays. 3. Changed CD drives Still errors displayed. Need help really. Thanks,
