Blue screen on startup

I am running Winnt4.0 SP5 with other OS on my first HDD. When I added second HDD /IBM 15 GB DTLA 307015/ my installation could not start . I receive blue screen with following error : STOP:0x0000001E ….. KMODE_EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED …. at win32.sys
On the new hard disk I installed Winnt and Win2000 and they work fine. When I discconect
the second drive, my first Winnt installation boots up and work fine, but when connect second one it fails to start.
Can anyone help me please ?300
