Bluesocket in Vista

Hi Everyone

At the college i work at we use a bluesocket server to authenticate users on our wireless network. It bascially acts as a VPN and uses the IPSec service. The problem i am having is that when i try to import the policy.bin file an error comes up saying “Unable to change your MTU settings” As i can change them manually in the registry im sure its not a permissions problem but has anyone else had this problem? or know a way round it?
