Bonding 2 Wireless Internet Routers

Here is the deal. I have a wireless PCI NIC Card for my PC and a wireless Internet Router connected to my cable “Modem” at home. WEP config’ed and network is pretty locked down.

My system can detect my neighbors AP ( that is WIDE OPEN ) with a pretty good signal strength.

Now my question is. With my neighbor’s permission, is it possible for me to by 2 wireless NIC’s ( 1 for each AP ) and bond them together to increase total bandwidth for web surfing and possibly create a community hot-spot?

Again, any links, comments and details would be greatly appreciated.
