boot disk failure

yes hello my pc just reboots in the middle of my work and im not to good at this thing so maybe you can help well like i said it just reboots and says boot disk and then it says boot disk failure and ask me to put in a sys disk ok i have a recon commander bootable disk i made and after i put that in my a driver it boots ok but in like a hour it does it again
