Boot failure: System Halted

I have a Dell dimension 4400 with 2 40gb HD master and slave, which is running on a Win 2003 server – standard edition. i have converted all the 2 disk to dynamic. about a week or 2 ago, I decided to check a status of another 40gb HD by fixing it as a slave. after rebooting, I converted the new disk to dynamic as wel, I was prompt to restart and I have not been able acces window since… any help
