BOOT UP FAST

When the computer Boots up is there a way to have to computer go directly to
Windows 98 logo Screen without seeing the black screen showing the memory,
cd rom etc.

I do know how to use the bios setup and the manufacture hasn’t responded to
thequestion.

Please give in details how to do this.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.
