Bootable CD in windows xp

When you install windows “any version” it gives you the option to make a startup disk. It wants to make the startup disk on a floppy. My problem is that I don’t have a floppy drive and I do want to have a start up disk. I do have a cd burner. Does anyone know how to make a start up disk on cd?
