Booting From Server

Dear Sir,
I have Netware 3.12 Server. I have configure two diskless workstations of which one is 386 processor (old) and one is celeron (motherboard Inter 810e).
now i want to know how to configure these two disklees nodes to book from server. What I will have to do. I heard of EPROM. Please give me the step by step solution.
