Boot.ini deleted on reboot – SBS2003

Help required. When my SBS2003 server is rebooted, the boot.ini file in the C:\ is deleted. I have a copy which I rename and it works. What puzzles me is why the file is deleted in the first place. I have a feeling its something to do with Panda Managed Office Protection A/V service….
