Bordermanager 3.5 realtime monitoring

I have not been able to monitor real time activity on my BM server for the past few weeks. I have applied all the current patches, checked all my rules and still can’t get it to do any reporting. I have researched Novell’s knowledgebase and support sites with no luck. Has anyone had this problem? I also get an error message stating “cannot archive from current file, error=0X20036 I’m not sure if these 2 problems are related. This error was not listed on Novell’s BM site either.
