bordermanager and wrong DNS lookup

We changed our web page to another hosting company recently. It’s hosted off-site. When we try to ping the site from a workstation behind our bordermanger firewall, it returns the ip address of the old web host that we previously had our page on. It’s been over a week since the change took place. MY question is ….is there a cache or place in the bordermanger system that houses the old ip address lookup for our domain and isn’t changeing it to our new ip address on the new web host? Any help would be appreciated.
