BorderManager config

My question is this: Does anyone know of a default filter config (port #’s) that could be used with a majority of bordermanager installs? We mainly deal with schools and small companies. They want internet access, and high security. Unfortunately, some of them want access to Hotmail, which we haven’t been able to allow thru without basically opening up the server completely. When we asked Novell about this and other questions dealing with bordermanager setup, we got the merry runaround of TID’s. Any guidance or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks…………
