Brand New Custom Server

Ok, here is my problem… we have built a brand new custom server which is now being used as a terminal server… My problem is that it has started crashing… but apparently only when logged in as Administrator AND only when it’s in use… it has never crashed in idle or (that I can recall) when being used by the users… I’m a little dumb founded as to what could be causeing it… I thought it may be a hardware issue but since it only happens when Administrator is used I’m a little boggled.
