brdiged n/w

i have server 2003 as dc installed with vmware 6.0. I am using vmware for the first time. I installed the virtual os and selected bridged network during vmware installation. But i dont know how to connect the host and guest. I checked the vmware n/w adapters but they r confusing dont know which one is it.

Any help will be “greatly” appreciated!!!
