broadcast address

hi all

I dun know important of the broadcast address.
the broadcast address is use for send a message to network instead of one PC

if i have two pc , i set the
route = 192.168.1.254/27
first pc ip address = 192.168.1.1/24
second Pc ip address= 192.168.1.1 /25

Means each device have different broadcast ip address. Is that have any problem? i still can go to internet. please explain and let me know is different broadcast address in a network device is important
