Broadcast message

Running win nt, 2000 server or professional, trying to send a broadcast message to all logged on, I find that nt and 2000 clients receive the broadcast. This is true using either computer management or server manager, or using net send from c:\ prompt.

The problem is that the win95/98 clients are not receiving the broadcast. Is there a service I need to have running on these machines in order to receive the message?

You thoughts would be of great help…
