Broken TV Video in ATI All in wonder 128

After installing Webtv in Win98SE lost video (not audio) for ATI TV in multimedia center 7. Uninstalled Webtv and reinstalled all in wonder drivers and multimedia center 7. Still no video for ATI TV. Any ideas?
